Therapy - what is involved?

These are the emotions that it may be more beneficial to eradicate or reduce.

  • The emotional tag can be removed by moving this memory from one part of the brain, the amygdala, to another more logical part of the brain, the frontal cortex. This process helps you to leave the pain of the past behind and to move on with your life.
